Scholarship Recipient Spotlight

We are proud to announce Eden Smith as the recipient of the STEM Scholarship for the 2025-2026 school year.

Eden Smith recently graduated from Pocahontas County High School. She has demonstrated exceptional dedication to her studies and community involvement, making her a deserving recipient of this scholarship.

Eden has enrolled in West Liberty University where she plans to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science in preparation to go on to pursue a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.

We are thrilled to support Eden on her academic journey and look forward to seeing the impact she will make in her field of study and beyond.

One of our board members, Wesley Felton, and the previous year's scholarship recipient, Hannah Burks, were thrilled to attend Pocahontas County High School's Award Night to award this scholarship and to meet Eden, as can be seen to the right.
